@surfinagogo Well she certainly had a career with The Mellows, I suppose some careers last as long as your first group, others have bigger shelf life, this music denotes a very particular style though of vocalizing, that may not have had a really long mainstream shelf life past the late 1950's sort of jazzy Hi Lows type.
I Love this record. Unfortunately she's been ignored,overlooked & forgotten in Rock & Roll history. She was as great as the best of them back in the 1950's. What a shame she did'nt have a longer more successful career.
