Shows the Sunnen CV-616 boring machine in action. This is the rough-in step, enlarging the bore by .025, in preparation for a finishing step, which will take it to the finished .030 oversize.

  • Nice work there you doing great video. I have a scooter 50cc, and the cylinder wall has some light scratches, none are more than say 1/2 cm deep, like less than a single cm mark on a ruler. The standard piston size is 40mm, and the cylinder wall dia is the same about 40mm or a fraction over, or maybe the piston is fraction less than 40mm and the cylinder wall dia is 40mm. I need a caliper, lol
