  • @GeorgieWise Do you have an email address where I can talk to you more about this? I've been working this program for a couple of years now (at least) and I can't break through. I have had a lot of childhood trauma and the onset of TMS came on about 14 years ago. I've incorporated psychotherapy into during the past year.

  • He was totally right. It does cause real pain much greater than you can ever possibly imagine and there is NOTHING you can do about it except to face it full on and say "FUCK YOU" to your own mind. It will scare the shit out of you when it works. But it does work, you just have to believe. If you can believe it, you can achieve it. No bullshit, I've lived it and I'm still alive.

  • I suffered lowerback pain for 14 years (from the age of 15). The pain was getting stronger and stronger each year. At the end I was having spasmps in the whole back and lied in bed for most of the days. My MRI showed a large hernia, I had a surgery scheduled (and canceled)... After reading Dr. Sarnos's book I was 100% pain free after 3 months. I recommend this book to everybody with chronic back pain!

  • I had chronic headache and back pain literally without a break for 11 years in the form of somatoform conversion disorder. When i first heard it was psychological, i was angered at such ridiculous idea, but as i researched realised it might be in my mind that was 1 year ago; after that point, healing began and it has been a slow process but my back has healed to the point where i can go out and begin enjoying life again. Dr Sarno will be recognised in future years as brilliant ahead of his time

  • @FoodCubes that's great news! i'm in the middle of listening to a couple of his audiobooks, as well as reading dr. schubiner's book "unlearn your pain"...hoping to get rid of this RSI pain i've had for over 5 years. haven't been able to play my guitar since...

  • @handsomerube That was ten months ago that I asked. I ended up reading John E. Sarno's book and my back pain has been gone for over half a year. I highly recommend it.

  • @FoodCubes no, it doesn't. the pain from TMS involves suppressed negative emotions in the unconscious...

  • If my back hurts while I'm having fun, does that rule out TMS?

  • A Great Vid. A++++

  • I am reading Dr. Sarno and his book is great. It is logical too. I have epilepsy but, I al have TMS. I have pain throughout my body. I have not finished reading it but I need to somehow fix this.
