My name is Peter Hawkins and I was the other writer with Ron. Didn't realise it had been number 1 in Austria but that might explain why I am still getting royalties from that area 35 years later. Maybe some Austrian DJ is using it as a theme tune for a rock and roll radio show.
It was also recorded in German by some guy who was reasonably famous and I have a copy of that record somewhere. I wish I could remember what the German title was so that I could look for it on Youtube
