[Acceleration of SUGURI 2 v1.2] - Sham (Me) [200%?] vs. Sora (Hard CPU) [300%]

This is a handicap match in the CPU's favor, though I don't remember the exact handicap I had. I think it's 200% vs 300%.
Also, yes there is lag in the video. There was slightly less lag when I actually played this match, as the song barely finished when I did the match, hence why I didn't finish Sora off.
I believe this video does a decent job of showing some of Sham's advantages has despite being low-tier. Hitting with the Dash Hyper and then using Weapon A can prove to be a lethal combo if you do it right.
