Well funny, clever, intelligent. Its a question of perspective. In the end assuming that Pixar are less commcercial than Disney just because they tend to offer more original or "creative" movies would be naiv. Lets not forget taht John Lasetter owns both Pixar and Disney and its not too inlikely that he deliberately decided to leave the more intelligent ideas for Pixar features while letting Disney run the good, old familiar.

Wall E was far less commercial than Bolt. I have seen Bolt and it certainly wasn't that funny and was far less clever than WallE. I don't understand at all how you can say WallE is commercial and Bolt isn't. Bolt is cute but not intelligent. It is actually pretty predictable. There is lots of heart in WallE. I'm not entirely sure why you are saying any of this.

But if you ask me Bolt as a character is superior to both Wall-E and Eve. He is cute, warm and furry. With a distinctive detailed animation.There is alot not to like about Bolt such as the simplistic plot. But the movie is not trying to be something that its not, (see Wall-E) but delivers a rather classical and heartwarming adventure which is in my eyes more distinguished.

Everybody is stressing the fact that Wall-E is a robot hence making it an achievement itself to make him into an appealing character. That is just unfounded bullshit if you ask me. Its very easy to anthropomorphize all kinds of creatures and things. If anything it makes Pixar more original but most certainly not more distinguished of if you ask me,

Now its hard to discuss the better movie seeing as its a question of perspective.

@CarlMinez I couldnt disagree more. Wall-E and Eve was very easy to symphathize with - ppl was charmed by a square head robot and fell in love with a egg with eyes. But the best thing about Wall - E was its dystopian pov. Wall - E wasnt only the decades best animation. It might allso have been the best sci fi movie of the 00`s. The polluted earth. The non gravity fatbags at evoloutions end. Defenately not typical themes for blockbuster animations. It allso have a very anticommercial aproach.

I am absolutely being serious. Just cos Wall-E is widely considered a better movie along the critics doesnt mean i dont have the right to my own opinion. You are speaking as if it was politically correct to prefer Wall-E.

I liked Bolt way more. Im tired of Pixar who in their creativity tend to offer unappealing characters (i cant sympathize with bugs, toys or rusty old robots). I loved Bolt from the movie, he was beautiful, cute, heartwarming. No doubt a better character.

Walle took the award, but Bolt was by far the best animated movie. Bolt had heart, a fast intelligent and cute movie. Wall-E is a cool presentation, easy to like easy to talk about. But there is no heart and its commercial.
