after a (umm how to say in english) its kinda 4 a moment all power is gone. then the tv and lights work again, but computer dont work anymore

A Black Out! Yeah that's a BEACH (get it a beach :D) sounds strange, out of all things your computer should be the one working properly. You don't have the circuit breaker do you?
