Your really good, i would just advice you to have a little more arm control, and be really, really tight...just so u wont fall and make mistakes. othr than that, you great!

i have no idea how nastia or shawn can do this on floor. but nastia has a double full instead of a 1 1/2.

just work on minimizing ur shoulder angle in the front handspring... spot out of the fronthandspring to twist more efficiently
