This is a shot using the sequential shifter in my [supercharged] Holden HR ute.

Supercharged [8 lbs approx] 186 S [192], 7.6 : 1 comp. yella terra head, ARP head studs, S bottom end, manley push rods, YT roller rockers, MSD, cast iron headers 2 1/2" to 2 1/4" exh system, feed by Holley blue electric fuel pump to a 465 Holley [currently] , Aussie M21 4 speed with sequential shifter, standard 2.78 Banjo rear end.
Sorry about the quality was just mucking around with the camera.

  • Its the same as any clutch gear change, no diff' its better than as H pattern but see my previous comment.

    The shifter is an Aussie made "renegate" [look up on the net]. No its not to hard to fit its pretty much bolt on. I would find it hard to recommend one though I have always had probs with it no matter how much I adjust it it will miss gear every now and then.

  • how is the timing when you depress the clutch with your foot and when you shift? it must have needed some getting used to, no? How do you like it compared to an H pattern shifter?
