House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) delivers this week's address on House Republicans' 'all-of-the-above' energy plan to address skyrocketing gas prices and help create jobs. We've passed several energy bills now stuck in the Democrat-controlled Senate. If the president and Senate democrats are serious about removing government barriers to energy production and job creation, they'll consider our bipartisan legislation. This tool states the EPA is all pain and no gain. The EPA stands in the way of his owners the Kochs profits. 10,000 people in the US alone die from asbestos every year. Plenty of safe subs. Osama cant touch the murder rate of the GOP

Fred Upton does NOT represent us here in S.W. Michigan. He has totally sold out to interests of BIG OIL and Gas after taking over a half million dollars in campaign funding from Oil companies, coal burning power plant operators, the Koch brothers and all of their PAC's , lobbyists, and attorneys. . .

Well, if it goes around & around it must be a useful tool for a shield but mean while the True Question is; How open is the speeked of the refinaries, and why are not new ones being built but they are closing recently, can't you see? Someone outside of the USA proper has more power than YOU? There was an 8 year period of Republicans, where was the problem solving then on the oil crises, as if it's not going to happen again, ha. The truth of the matter is: We don't even need oil. We have technologies that would allow us to forgo oil altogether if the Federal government would allow it. It has kept the lid on technology that would allow your car to literally run on nearly any type of noncombustible fluids. But the governnent and the fat cat oil companies have killed, imprisoned, and relocated people with this know-how to keep them silent while they lie to the rest of us and get rich of usl Don't believe any of their lies!

this is hard to believe since you get the highest pay from the energy lobbiest. You just want to cut the regulations so there could be more oil leaks like in the Gulf and at Battle Creek.

The legislative branch has been *purchased* by corporations. You think you have my interests at heart? Give me a break! Stand your ground until the democrats listen to the American people? How about the Republicans listen to the American people and raise the taxes on the wealthiest Americans? How about ALL politicians listen to concerns of Americans regarding campaign finance reform? How about ALL politicians listen to the majority of Americans and reform our failed drug policy? Represent us!

The above puff of hot air has been approved by the American Petroleum Industry, dedicated to keeping profits up and dependence on dirty energy solutions secure.
