  • If you are not honest about why you let anger take hold of you then it will be much harder for you to overcome your anger if it is a problem in your life (-:

  • I love this couple, but I don't agree with their perspective that it is better to not release your anger in appropriate physical form.  In my own personal experience, when I go for a run or some other form of hard-core exercise, I ALWAYS feel so much better than before.
