When I heard this jam on satellite radio in 2007 it made me buy my first Kool & the Gang album or CD in over 20 years (not counting greatest hits compilations).

i love the album and this song and miracles, but jt is still my favourite lead.

I enjoyed JT for the first half of his tenure with Kool and the Gang. Seems to me his voice changed somwhow.
Hopefully, you'll get a chance to see the new lead(Jirmad Gordon) in concert. His voice really shines live.
