Here is the original music demo for our song "Between Love & Goodbye". This one undoubtedly put us on the map and made people take notice. This is the original synthpop composition that inspired the hit film "Between Love & Goodbye". We hope you like it!

Before we were Candy Apple Blue, we were once known as The Inertia Case. This was our first band and it was born back in the mid 1990s in New York City. We composed original "synthpop" tunes and took our live act to popular venues in the Manhattan club circuit. (Think along the lines of Depeche Mode, Yazoo, Erasure, Alison Moyet & OMD) This project was fronted by the ultra cool edged & spectacular lead vocalist Elton Lin.

Years later... Indie NYC film maker Casper Andreas wrote, directed & produced his SMASH HIT LOGO movie around this little song. We were thrilled to be a part of the project and contributed three songs to his film: "Between Love & Goodbye" "I Won't Say Adieu" & "Born Loser".
