NFS MW: Cadillac CTS Condition 5 Pursuit (2nd Half)

My second highest pursuit bounty, bested by only the final pursuit. I bust thru the refinery then drive near the prison. I try to hide in beach construction area until helicoptor spots me. I tear up camden beach, enter south gray point, point camden, then finally venture into downtown rockport, where cops try to disguise road spikes in front of a cruiser. The concert hall pursuit breaker fools no one. I hide from the final unit in the park, then lose it in the underground canal.

You have to progress through the blacklist. I'm not sure which levels are unlocked on which blacklist person.
