For all the wear, tear and time put into this project, its better to just call a in real stump grinder in and have it grinded, which would be about three to five minutes to grind! and about $75.00 is what I would have charged to do that stump, and you wouldn't have had to lift a finger!

Looks like you need a chainsaw not a Bobcat, and that thing looks like its making you do all the work.
