It pretty much follows lyrics but here's the story:

Jack and Elizabeth were in a relationship which Elizabeth ended (as you can see at the beginning of the vid). Now down on her luck, no longer rich, shes after jack and goes to find him and doesn't let him alone. She finds Will who she settles with even though she's still after Jack. She's constantly thinking about Jack and when she visits the island where they were together, she sees image of what was and just starts drinking. At the end, Jack tells Will what his love has been doing with him and leaves hoping he'll treat her "well". Will smiles and Jack leaves Will to dump Elizabeth(this is not shown on vid but in my mind, it happens lol). Throughout the vid, I tried to make it seem like Jack was singing the song to elizabeth.
