no, not really. as the reactors became more compact, they started arming all mobile suits with beam weapons. armor is generally useless against beam weapons, so late-UC mobile suits were shrunk down and stripped of their armor, producing extremely agile, compact designs.
the V2 is EXPONENTIALLY faster than Nu, and with the Assault and Buster packs, FAR more heavily armed with layers of defenses. respectively the V2 is the most powerful Gundam in UC, and among the top three most powerful total.

hopefully bandai will make a MG soon

@orgxiiiaxel no its as tall as the zeta

wait, holy crap, is it possible to use certain MG victory parts for v2? na i must be dreaming.
-
her rrobert is this like 1/144 sazabi tall, or less? i really want to know cause the 1/144 v2 is shitty, and waaayy to small and i want to buy the 1/100 scale instead, so thanks and someone please answer
-
is this taller than the hg 144 nu gundam??
-
late-UC suits use a Gundarium-Germanic composite material. Gundarium Gamma is actually significant heavier, but stronger, just look at EX-S gundam.

Actually in UC 0090, minovski drives were perfected which is more powerful and
efficient. Earlier suits used fusion reactor. Another innovation was gundamium gamma which is 30% lighter and much more durable. That is why Victory Gundam is much much smaller

ahh... the horrible moments with the skirt back when i was still making this thing...

yes, this is the Victory Gundam. there is the V Gundam, which lated gets called the V1, a V1-Dash variation, and a HEXA mass-produced MS. then there's V2, V2 Assault, V2 Buster, and V2 Assault Buster. i'll have reviews up for most of them!
