today i went metal detecting at a old house built between 1775 and 1810, and my best finds of the day was a buckle , horse shoe and a old tool and other relics

  • Fun videos. I'm enjoying them. I think that item you find at 6:20 might be part of a horse/mule bridle. It looks like the part of the bit where the reins would be fastened. Course it's hard to tell from a pic and not seeing where or if there are broken points on it. Just a guess, what with all the horseshoes and bridle-size buckles you're finding. I'm a newbee at metal detecting, but an old hand around horses. lol Hope that helps! Happy hunting!
