HD - Amtrak's Southwest Chief #3 and Active Semaphores!

On 6-7-11, I headed to California for vacation and railfanning. On the first day of my trip, I wanted to see Amtrak's Southwest Chief, for the first time! In addition to catching the Chief, I stopped at Levy to take photos / catch the train knocking down the few remaining active Semaphore signals on a Class I railroad in the United States. Overall, the chasing of the Chief was pretty cool, and I'm so looking forward to catching more excellent catches on the BNSF Southern Transcon tomorrow! (6-8-11)

@ColdSteelRails Thanks! It's a great place, despite 2 trains a day. And if you plan on visiting the semaphores, I suggest planning a trip very soon since these wont be up for much longer. A year tops.
