I'm from europe, Holland. I cross Eindhoven probably once a month. My passing's trough that town have never been the same ever since I saw the series and docu's.
My feelings toward the freedom we enjoy have never been the same. The feeling you never thought about while rushing through life, freedom was just always there somehow. But I've learned from these man from easy company, that our freedom isn't as normal as we know it, people died for it, many people. Honor easy company, honor freedom!

I read the book long before I saw the movie. These men were TOUGH ! My heart weeps for them and what they went through for us. Thank you seems like such a small thing to say . We all need to say it many times .
These were the real soldiers, with big balls... In a real war... A real fight for freedom, not oil, not gold, not governments interests...freedom...

once I really was anti american, because of how cocky they were, and I'm british born, but my opinion changed after I metsome of my cousins in america, but before I even met some of my cousins I found out that my grandfather was a US marine in World war two, and I felt like shit for ages because I was being such an arsehole
