There is too much air being forced up in the Pre-Expander over drying the bead?
Why are the bead silos so high up , to save on space? They should be in a seperate air-eated silo room for safety. Pentane gas has a long way to fall and is explosive?
At 3:15 the tool is only making 12 cups per cycle, in the UK to save on labour time we make them at least to mould 50 cups per cycle.
