@Seadweller451E It's funny, but this is the same thing Pharoh was saying to Moses. I think he and you have been spending too much time in deNILE. ;) Seriously though, have you ever sat down and talked with Holocaust survivors before you made up your mind?

Attention all Jews and Gentiles! I urge you to watch the three video clips from VenomFangX: Proving Jesus Christ is the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ is the Lord God of Israel and Jewish Messiah and Proving the Bible is inspired by God. Also watch the video clip from TheDigitalTruth: Yeshua the Jewish Messiah and two video clips from simonant22: How I found the Jewish Messiah in Israel and What was this important thing said at the Wailing Wall.

You can't just explain away messianic prophecy as mistranslations. When you look at the whole of the scriptures it becomes very evident when a prophecy is about the Messiah and when it is not. The question is if the prophecies point to Jesus, are you willing to accept it, or does it not matter what the scriptures say and you don't believe it no matter what?

What I'm saying is that the ghetto served a purpose. Nobody said that Jews should have stayed there. The idea of "the ghetto" is segregation, which prevents assimilation. Notice that the ones that did integrate with "modern" Europeans did not wish to immigrate to Israel (when they had the chance). They felt at home. Hitler proved it otherwise.
And stop trying to interpret my words. I do not need a commentator.

Sounds like you are saying that the Jews should have stayed in the ghetto and that believing in Jesus had to do with the hatred and nationalism in Germany? I know that is not what you are saying is it?

As the Ashkenazi Jews started to get out of the ghetto (that they built--for a reason) and started to assimilate, talks about Jesus started to arise (as noticed in Elie Weisel's writings and also Anna Frank's) - the Holocaust broke out. I wonder why that is.
Born-Again Christianity views all humanity as wicked, depraved, and worthy of hell. Believing that all evil in the world is God's punishment for sin, and the result of man's depravity as allowed by God, how could you even have sympathy for those who suffer?
Worse still, Jews for Jesus believes that every Jew that died in the Holocaust is now burning in hell forever...So who's worse? Hitler, who tortured Jews for finite time, or the Christian God, who torments Jews for eternity?

That's why I'd say that any Jew who is a Jew for Jesus, is just a Christian, and if a Jew at all, a self-hating Jew.
I will make sure that my kids, though they will know their Jewishness, are atheists, and will know that religion is an evil in the world, and Christianity simply another "soul-trap."

What is the point of being Jewish if you don't believe in the God of the Jews? If Judaism is antiquated and unreliable as a foundation for living, you should just drop it and renounce being Jewish. I understand that you feel a responsibility to fix what is broken, but how can you even begin to fix something you don't even accept the tenants of? Let me know if I am off base with this comment.

AntidoteY, what do you believe about God? Who do you think Jesus is?
