@9tee Regarding permits, maybe hard to say, for all I know this house may not even be in the US but rather abroad where they are not as hard and tight regarding permits and such!

This structure is beautiful, but the "fish eye" filming and constant hallucinogenic mind warp images ruins this video. People who look at these videos are looking for structure, not entertainment or to share in someone's flashbacks.

I wonder what govt. issued permits to build that? interesting, would have been better if filmed w/a normal camera-view... that fish-eye lens was an over-blown idea. The building has enough strangeness by itself.
