Yes , friend.l liked your critic.. First because l worked hard to make my voice as witched as possible, as Verdi wanted. And also because you seem to know the score, and l would like to know you find mistakes, not for me now, l am 76 . but since l teach it would be for me a big help. Naturally you know that when one sings , we have to admit the direction of the director and sometimes accept his kriter . Nevertheless may be you are going to be a good help Joana.

No l am sorry, for l was good as an actress. Lady Macbeth was for me a great experience l sang Macbeth in the city of Mexico, Bellas Artes, beautiful theatre, a video was made but l cannot get in touch with the theatre.l hope you like also my high notes, just kidding...

Verdi a écrit une partition où la voix est condamnée à se ballader sur plusieurs tessitures: il est donc difficile, voire impossible, de rendre sonore cette scène de la première à la dernière note... Ici, incontestablement de grandes qualités d'interprétation, de couleur de voix avec des aigus vaillants et éclatants. Le récitatif parlé est spécifique à chaque artiste qui le dit à sa manière, selon son propre feeling.

Le son est presque horrible pris du public et sans les possibilités actuelles qui font des merveilles.
J'ai beaucoup travailler pour rendre a ma voix cette terrible sensation mauvaise et de sorcière comme le voulait Verdi.
Enfin le temps a passé et c'est seulement un bon souvenir; le public a ete par moi absolument conquis.
