  • I went to the concert and they were AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Even my dad loved it and now we are planning to go see Spring Awakening when it comes to Chicago!!!!

ps Quick question: what time did you go to the Taste of Chicago to get good seats????

  • I was actually sitting in the last row of seats, and I got online for those seats at 5:50, the concert was suppoed to start at 6 but didn't start til 6:10.

  • Yeah, sorry about the age thing, that was my roommate trying to be knowledgeable :(

  • Gerard... wow!

  • Gerard sounds freaking fantastic! It's cool too hear someone else besides John Gallagher Jr. I loved the OBC but this gives me hope!

  • yeah Spring Awakening is for anyone any age! i went when i was fourteen! i mean the show might be a little mature if u don't take it seriously, but if understand it, Spring Awakening can be the most life-opening musical for you :)

  • Wow, what an astute argument. No reason why your opinion is right, just "if you disagree with me you're wrong." I'll bet you did great in debate club in high school.

Listen buddy, you're not right any more than I am. I prefer Gerard, you prefer JGJ. It's an opinion. People will think differently than you. Get over yourself.

  • can kids 12 years - old go?

  • um...excuse you!!! JOHN GALLAGHER JR. is clearly the BEST Moritz there will ever be!!!! You obviously don't have an ear for talent if you think otherwise

  • Gerard sounds amazing...way to go!

  • oh my goodness.....

    i live near chicago!

    i can't believe i missed this.

    i want to die.

  • I met them a few days ago. It was a matinee and Gerard was replacing Blake Bashoff, and I must say I've never been happier to watch an understudy. Gerard was just AMAZING!! Honestly, for Bashoff to be noticeably better than him, his voice must bring dead puppies back to life or something. Gerard kicks the OBC Moritz's ass easily. And to top it all off, he's just a really nice, funny guy.

  • i was there second row! i shook the whole entire performance... it's was AMAZING

  • Gerard is really good and Emma is just plain amazing!

  • umm amazing much haha! i <3 SA
