Fallout 3 Juddering (iFPSclamp=0)

just bought this game and i saw this while playing with the 360 and i knew it couldnt be my pc....so is there a newer fix for this?

damn i never had this problem in oblivion, but i have it in fallout 3, is it because my hard disk is relatively almost full? 450gb/500gb, i have updated my graphic drivers and nothing, also apparently reducing the affinity to 1 core helps a lot, but doesn't really fix the problem

Just because it's different, doesn't mean it's shite. It's a great sequal to the first 2, and it's done so impressively, in fact, that you wouldn't even know another game company had made it. Now shut the fuck up, and throw your predjuices somewhere the fuck away.

LOL, it makes me think of those who were saying "Oblivion is shit, Morrowind was much better"... ;-D. Anyways their marketing department is crap since we can't find it in Montreal for PC - it's been 3 weeks I'm waiting (only playstation or other console), and I don't want to buy it on e-Bay (damn I live in a big north-american city and I like going downtown for this, it's unacceptable)

The VATS lag is also a pain in the ass.. complete game ruiner
