    para el que preguntó que queria decir ...ojos de papel volando...Aqui en México para las fiestas de pueblo se adornan las calles con hilos donde cuelgan papelitos como de 20cm.x 20cm. llamado ¨papel picado¨ entonces su belleza radica en el movimiento que les da el viento...y a los agujeros que se le hacen al papel aqui se les llama ¨ojos¨ espero que haya servido mi comentario
