  • you guys, freidman and menza diddnt record this song...

  • @thrasherlml True, but they did play quite a bit of that album live. There was definitely a different feel to all the earlier material when Menza/Friedman played it. Pete (our drummer) went for Nick Menza's approach on all the stuff we covered, even the older material.

I know a lot of people aren't a fan of how the older material sounded with those two guys playing it. But I personally prefer them over Poland/Samuelson.

  • @bdamotta eh i think they were both great haha. i have liked all of megadeth's lineups besides the ones without ellefson. except the endgame lineup, that was alright, i havent liked drovers guitar playing for some reason...

  • @thrasherlml Yeah, don't get me wrong... Poland/Samuelson were great. I just prefer the tightness of the Menza/Friedman lineup. Dave hasn't really been able to recapture the magic that lineup had.

  • i feels like im hearing dave mustaine, marty friedman, david ellefson and nick menza in a studio, Fucking love it

  • @tacamaluma Thanks! :)

Said I was out with the boys

    I creep in my bedroom

    I slip in the bed

  • @tacamaluma it was dave mustaine david ellefson chris poland and gar samuelson for your info if you didnt know ..

  • @bdamotta gar and chris was the best and tightest line up . they were both great musicians which had more than one influence on their genre.that wasnt seen much on the 80s friedman and menza were great too but they are only into the metal thing gar and chris were from jazz fusion and many other styles.by the way your cover is awsome of this song

  • @bdamotta i think you should do a foreclosure of a dream cover.

  • Not to mention these guys are using heavier active pickups, megadeth's version had less crunch and bite.

  • Thats fucking tight!

  • Dude you really got a sick band going there and you absolutley nailed Mustaine's tone and playing perfectly \m/ Fucking AWESOME \m/

  • this is fucking awesome guys

  • This cover is the best.

  • @bdamotta yeah. i think now is as close as they will ever be.
