i use the modified flasher circuit to charge up a polarised capacitor 330v which is inside the capacitor charger, and also a non polarized capacitor which is 440 volts 65uf and 5uf its a dual capacitor.

Thought it was cool to discharge it in explode the water so i discovered if you discharge it through another capacitor it actually spark the water and recharges the capacitor, kinda hard to explain and the camera really gave it no justice, but this may be the step we are missing remember im charging this circuit with a AA battery and it makes a small bit of hydrogen as i discharge it.

Is there a diode between the two capacitors?
