I think the higher the chaos in a region, the more likely the civilians join the fight around you, even if you are not fighting. I've seen propaganda trailers destroyed as I am just driving on a bridge, and others I don't remember.
Are you sure you killed 100? Or did 1 get killed that happened to be the 100th. It does show a total on certain things.

The trophy icons don't show up on the clip when you use, as I did, the in game video capture function. I don't know why. It also doesn't show any usernames from the game either (that one makes sense).
