Usially public access to Surgery is locked off, or like St. Vincent (Worcester, MA), Non-Existant. In that case, floors 1 through 3 are public access, mostly patient rooms, and offices, and offices at 5 and 6, in the Atrium Area.
When I go back to do the MPE's, I might finally know.

I take it Surgery is on the 4'th floor.

@georgef551 This place is so huge, I honestly have no idea. It is a complex made up of 40+ buildings both old and new, tunnels, skybridges, parking garages, lobbies and university areas. I touched well less than half of it in 2 hours. Although, a good deal of the buildings are restricted assess. Factoring in the restricted areas and service elevators, there must be hundreds of elevators in this hospital.
