Watch the second rider's rear wheel. The flexy rear end of the Heckler caught on tape!

  • Denial... Not just a river in Egypt.

  • Hub is fine. Pivots are fine. Its an inherently flexy design. Common knowledge!

  • that dude at the end needs a haircut and some wider bars...

  • It's the wheel; it's not laced tight, the hub is shit, the rims are flexing thier guts out, whatever. The swingarm on the Heckler stays true the whole time. Tbh, the single pivot of the Heckler is inherently flexy compared to newer swing-link designs, such as the Butcher or Foes FXR. Lateral flex isn't good for the shock, but it's not noticable when riding. It's virtually flex free compared to many 4-bar linkage designs. The SC Heckler is an awesome bike, one of the classic mtbs of all time.

  • I had one of these frames the swing arm broke in the same spot 4 times the Heckler worst mtb I have ridden so far what a POS

  • Hecklers are bomb proof. Like the others have said shit hub! Oh and the heckler rider got the most air in the vid!

  • or a loose/crappy wheel or hub combo. the rear triangle looked solid

  • That looks more like faulty pivots...

Could you provide an update of what happened to that bike?

  • +1 for Hecklers!
