u have a long pinky :'( im afraid its not so easy for my pinky 2 reach as it is 4 u..

I haven't a long pinky neither, but you can reach it spinning your hand to the left. Its dificult, but the secret of success is constancy on the purpose.

Just practice man.

if you do this warm up, don't use your fingers like he does, they should be more bent and you should make contact with the strings using the tips of your fingers. See his fingertip go white at 1:40? that's because he's using the fat, soft part of his finger and has to put more pressure to get the string down. If you're already using unnecessary force in your WARM UPS you're going to be screwed for the rest of your practice session. use the part right below the nail.
