P90X Reviews Update:
This is what I use daily to increase my Protein intake! There are all kinds of variations but this will give you a good idea of what to do!

  • Nice video for using protein shake, it surely would help you gain lean muscle. I do know a link on a site that gives information about gaining lean muscle and helping you achieve that lean "Hollywood look" that most men wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile so you can check it there.

  • @joshua00022 not true creatine jus thelps you recover it only makes you bloat if your taking a shitton of sugar which if u just buy a monohydrate u just add to water or some juice and creatine is hard to get from meat sources thats y people supplement it its naturally producing not bad for you

  • creatine is actually kinda bad unless youre trying to get BIG but if your goal is to build lean muscle stay away from the creatine

  • Hi mate, Do you use the whey protein everyday, or just on the days when you do the weight videos? for example would you use it on the yoga or the Plyometrics days??

  • Would this be an appropriate protein shake ? : Handful of Frozen Blueberries, 1 Banana, 1 cup apple juice(or grape juice) 1 cup of milk, dash of vanilla yogurt, protein powder, 1 table spoon of peanut butter, Also im a hardgainer??????

  • Try whey protein isolate, much more effective.

  • creatine isnt good for lean muscle gains because it increase water retention which is more beneficial for mass (it makes your muscles look puffy, not good for cutting). Women use soy protein because it increase estrogen levels, not beneficial if your looking to gain muscle by maximizing testosterone levels. Walmart brand, however, is good for price.

  • nothings wrong with walmart creatine and protein powder... works fine for me

  • creatine should be drank 30-45 minutes before your workout, protein like whey after.

  • before or after workout ?
