CATASTROPHIC FAILURE!!!!!!
(USB device is not recognized)
I bought this a year and 1-2 months ago and had roughly 300 GB free still when calamity struck. LED is NOT working either It doesn't even flash when the drive is turned on. I did nothing to encourage this and took great care of this external drive. Right now, I can't even figure out how to open this stupid case to connect directly with a the SATA to USB connector.
If anyone has any ideas or help to offer please do. (Win 7 64-bit)

these suck ... it appears that there is no way to get the case open if something goes wrong or you want to upgrade the drives. why would a company go out of their way to make sure that something you buy is NOT USEFULL,

hey buddy i just picked one up yesterday because i really want to back up some stuff and get it off of my laptop and i would hate to make dvd backup of everything and i was wondering how is yours treating you? it been about more than a year, right? so is it still working ? i would appreciate it if you can get back to me.... thanks in advance.

and i hope it does not fu** up on me..
i have like 5000 full -split albums plus more..i need to put on here from another HD..
i bought like maybe 40% of them..
ha ha ..i can't buy them all it would coust me like over $100,000.00

First 1 To Comment Ur Vids R great and dont worry about getting more doctor who dvds if you have no money. Buy them in ur own time
