In this video I will be going over basic macro creation as well as some rogue macros. This is more for people that have never used macros rather than those looking for revolutionary information.

@VesmarEntertainment Is there a way to make a macro that poisons your weapons for you (i know I'm lazy)

I've tryed /use [weapon=Meteor Shard] Wound Poison (meteor shard being my weapon) but it doesn't seem to work. I think It has some thing to do with the _______= part but I'm not sure what to put there.

@lupineawsome Yep! There are a few variations listed at wow wiki. Just google wow wiki rogue macros and the page will come up with the poison macros!

@lupineawsome It's been five months so you probably know by now but heres one

/use Instant poison

/use [button:1] 16; [button:2] 17; [button:3] 18;

that makes it so left click is main hand, right click is offhand, and middle mouse button (scroll wheel click) is thrown

@penko97 you can have a macro automatically cast multiple spells in a row unless they don't trigger gcd. What you can do is use /castsequence then have one button you mash multiple times to step through the spells you have listed. check out wowwiki for more info on the castsequence macro command.

If you have spell/ability that has a GCD then you can use /castsequence then it's still one bind that you hit multiple times... one click first spell, second click second spell, etc... checkout wowwiki for more info.
