  • the entity sitting on the chest they call the old hag or something. I experienced this once or twice. Not fun! Also, she made a screamy noise. VERY unpleasant.

  • @DaanUniversal - Amazing. I wonder if they really look like that, or is it a shape changing thing where 'any old entity' with a bad attitude can turn into the Hag and go on a scare spree? hmmm? ;-)

  • @Rich2150x is the sleep paralysis and vibrational state the same thing?becouse when I enter sleep paralysis, usually early in the morning,is always involuntary. Im awake, and suddenly I start to feel the electric sensation, and the weird sounds in my head,I get really scared. I remember some experiences that I had, that I felt like I fell in bed after the sleep paralysis, opening my eyes and seeing my room from another angle (as if a wasnt in bed).I get a little scared, but I dont know wat to do

  • @alxlief and also I had some weird dreams after the sleep paralysis, but these dreams are in the room that i'm sleeping and sometimes the dream itself is me waking up after the sleep paralysis. the only time I had sleep paralysis during a nap in the afternoon, I started dreaming after it. i woke up (in the dream) and started thinking like "omg I just had sleep paralysis" like if I was actually awake. then I saw "myself" (like a copy of me) near the door, and I punched "me" in the face... weird

  • @alxlief - You punched yourself in the face! lol - I've felt like that before! lol

Sounds like you are getting pretty good at the 'wierd dream' stuff! Are you really in sp, when you are dreaming that you are? Now that seems like a hard question to answer, now that I ask!

  • @alxlief - no not the same, but they are often a 'packaged deal'. Youare really close to getting out. If you get the sp and vibs alot - it's just a matter of learning some techniques and few other things and you'll be getting out really soon - I am teaching these techniques in oobe boot camp - starting soon if ya want to join in the fun ;-)

  • im 15 and i have experienced sleep paralysis twice and my 1st time was scary because i my eyes are open but cant move and i hear screaming sound and my second was the same but i hear high frequency sound. should my fear go away if i get out of my own body? or i will just wait until get to sleep again? because im scared of it but im kinda curious when leaving. thanks so much for your vids! keep it coming! :)

    sorry for my bad english

  • @Rich2150x well, this dream I told you happend after a sleep paralysis, it was a "false awakening". So, I "woke up" exactly if I was actually awake, thinking about the sp I just had, and for some reason, I thought I might have hallucinations, so I closed the door. Then, a "copy" of myself was standing by the door, and for some reason I punched "it" in the face. It was like a natural reaction, I did not understand it.

  • @Rich2150x These dreams happens when I fall asleep after the sp. This one I told you about was like a false awakening. So, I "woke up" exacly if I had really woken up because I remember thinking like "I just had sleep paralysis", and for some reason I thought I could have hallucinations so I kept the door closed, then I saw a "copy" of myself wearing the same clothes as I was at the time stading by the door, and for some reason I punched "it" in the face.

  • @Rich2150x Hmm I guess they can, but both times felt like the same experience. It's hard to describe what to see btw, It's like I don't see it, but I sense it with my eyes. I don't know if that makes any sence. I guess because people see with their brain. Eyes just give the message.

  • @ericluc13 - It's not easy, even for me. But there is an easier way, a work around. So it's not necessary work at sleep paralysis, work directly on getting out instead - it kinda by passes the sp step - I am teaching this stuff in oobe boot camp.

  • @Katana2040 -Thanks!
