I understand that you elected to have sex with the man who turned out hiv positive in Florida. My question is why did you have sex with him unprotected prior to him having a confirmed hiv test?? Did you feel impervious to the virus in those moments or were drugs and alcohol a part of these decisions??

Id like to share with you that I watched my cousin die with aids not too long ago. She was in denial, and would not take her medication until it was too late. She also did handle this disease responsibly as you are. You inspire me. The fact that your not letting this knock you down, your reaching out, and keeping your head up it wonderful! Alot of people are not as strong as you. You are not alone with this disease!

I have been there, I was with a man who I knew did not love me. However I had sex with him without a rubber and got Chlamydia. I considered that my wake up call. Ever since then I have tried not to have sex. You have to pray to God to be celibate, even with your husband, how are you going to have sex with him knowing you have HIV?
