There's actually a bit more to it, as Nick Courtney comes out as the Brigadier and welcomes them to Chicago. Sad that all three of them are gone now.

Thank you so much for posting this clip. I went to this convention and was at this event you taped. The video brought back so many good memories. I had the best time at this convention. If you have any more videos of the con, PLEASE post it. I am go glad at least one video of this event exisits.

There is definately a HQ version this somewhere, as a clip of Sarah Jane and the Doctor leaving the TARDIS is in the 'Celebration' documentary from the Five Doctors SE25 DVD (the new one)

I would definitely call this a mini-episode, in the context of the characterizations, and a charming one at that. They should've did this kind of con episode more often!
