  • Don't put money in this guys pocket. He is full of shit. 30 pounds in 2 years is hard to come by let alone 16weeks. If that were true, everyone would be ripped. Muscle building is a slow process. I'll tell you what you need to do for free: Train consistently/effectively. Eat a sound diet with a caloric surplus. Give it time.
