Dumbell Front Squats 140x22, paused reps. This is good accessory exercise to hit the legs and core. Perform them just as you would a barbell front squat, only stabilizing the dumbells will really work your core. This will really help you develop good deep squatting technique as it forces you to stay upright. Elevating your heels slightly will target the quads and vmo more, but this is not necessary. Pausing each rep at the bottom will add difficulty to the exercise by elimating much of the stretch reflex.

  • Looks great and the info is good except you are squatting in running shoes which is a big no-no. Squat in OLY shoes, chuck taylors or go barefoot, running shoes destabilize the ankle.

  • @TheRugbyidiot ya if your ankles are little bitches

  • @g1nek17 Whey does not make you fat..provided that you are doing a thorough workout..From my experience, the true effects of whey can be seen after a real thorough and vigorous workout...Dont just do curls and take whey protein...You would not feel its true value..

  • @Jaxxxx251 thanks. but i thought whey makes you fat?
