What are you doing your going to injure your lower back. Knees should not be going past the toes, doesnt look like your using your quads at all ...jus my opinion though xD

@g1nek17 Whey does not make you fat..provided that you are doing a thorough workout..From my experience, the true effects of whey can be seen after a real thorough and vigorous workout...Dont just do curls and take whey protein...You would not feel its true value..

Looks great and the info is good except you are squatting in running shoes which is a big no-no. Squat in OLY shoes, chuck taylors or go barefoot, running shoes destabilize the ankle.
