neglected horses returned to meat man

Nearly 30 horses nursed back to health after they were found almost starved to death, could be sent back to where they were rescued from.

A judge has ruled some of the animals should go back to a Buckinghamshire farm but their rescuers are fighting the decision.

A judge has ruled some of the animals should go back to a Buckinghamshire farmOf the 82 horses rescued, 14 went to the Horse Trust in Speen and immediately put in quarantine.

As 29 of the horses are deemed family pets the judge ruled they should return to the farm in Amersham.

The rest will be sold at auction.

The Horse Trust is working closely with the RSPCA to get the court decision reversed.

stupid stupid stupid judge hello if they can't take care of the horses than why give them back???? and 82 to auction what if they go to slaughter??? did the judge take care of the horses.. NO!! therefore the caretakers should decide their future THEY took them out of the cruel place, THEY nursed them back to health, so THEY should find them wonderful desrving famlies for their home I am completely outraged by this u have my signature stupid judge!

Furchtbare Fehlentscheidung.....So werden die Mühen der Retter mit Füßen getreten und die Pferde ohne Hoffnung an ihre Peiniger zurück gegeben!!

Lebenslanges Tierhaltungsverbot und eine saftige Geldstrafe wäre das mindeste!Der Richter mag pferde wohl auch lieber auf dem Teller....

further more instead of stopping the kill auctions how bout you deal with a lame, sick, old, or usless hore and buy all the horses out of the auction ... maby then the feed bill will let you see what that is like???

if you think that you should let old horses that have no usefullness suffer from all the BAD thing that come from old age and injory go ahead ... that more inhumane than your route... further more if you cant handle what outer people do to there horses dont sell to them and stay out or threr busness. othere dont poke there head in whal you are at work so grow up.

The animal abuser, James Gray, was convicted of animal cruelty and has spent/is spending time in jail. He, his wife and children are all barred from having anything to do with horses for 10 years. They were all ordered to pay court and RSPCA costs.

Gray is such a great fellow that he ran away between his conviction and sentencing hearing.

@thefirstfultron I have 2 horses. I just sold one to a guy who cares for her alot. I know she isn't going to be harmed. I was still really sad. My one horse is an ex-roper and the other is a western pleasure. I can't imagine anything happening to these animals.They are my life. I honestly don't believe you are around horses if you view them only as livestock. They are SO much more than that. They ARE pets. They ARE our friends. How could you hurt your friends? I just don't understand.
