Hey everyone, thanks for tuning back into clevver movies, Im your host, Tatiana carrier and Ive got the latest on Apollo18.

According to the the Hollywood reporter, NASA, who usually works with film makers who are showcasing the moon or space in their movies, is NOT helping with Apollo 18... Apollo 17 was the last mission to the moon. Apollo 18 was scrapped, because interest in the moon began waning, so they stopped the program.

The Dimension Films project is shot in a documentary-style, and NASA does not want the public to get confused. Here's what Bert Ulrich, NASAs liaison for multimedia told the LA times, "Apollo 18 is not a documentary...The film is a work of fiction, and we always knew that. We were minimally involved with this picture. We never even saw a rough cut."

Ulrich also expressed he wasn't a fan of the marketing strategy behind the flick...insinuating that the ploy to have movie goers think it was a documentary is not right, heres what he had to say, "The idea of portraying the Apollo 18 mission as authentic is simply a marketing ploy. Perhaps a bit of a 'Blair Witch Project' strategy to generate hype,"

Apollo 18 is now out in theatres and stars warren Christie and llyod owen.

well computer geek although you are right that the alien doesnt breathe oxygen it may be able to adapt to the environment if its an alien than we dont know what it may be able to do.
