  • Good tip. Alot of people neglect this very simple fact of chewing your food thoroughly to aid in digestion and reduce bloating and gas. It only took me 39 years of eating to finally discover this! Wish I would have seen this video back then! Nice RLS tip havent tried it yet but we'll see. Keep it up.
