Barack Obama Sr has nothing to do with the Presidents eligibility.
Stanley Ann Dunham was a US citizen. Her son was born on US soil. He is a natural born American.

In 2008 election it was McCain's responsibility to have Obama vetted properly. McCain was vetted thoroughly. The true is Obama's father was a British Subject which means Obama does not fulfill the requirements to be a candidate for President. Pelosi signed an altered sworn statement that Obama was eligible which indicates she knows full well and is in this fraud up to her eyeballs.

@joejohnson043 Not only that, but also there is no legal case. The "evidence" you have are so soft that the court say "well, why will he even need to answer to that?" There is no legal standing to ask a full certification, their been no similar case, the circulation on the web of the short form is already in a gray area of the 4 amendment. All this is been dubbed by the judge James Robertson as a waste of time, and therefore money. Why? Because you might have doubt, but you need facts.

@joejohnson043 Because it is way to fucking late anyways. Look, it is needed to be a citizen to get into this race first hand. This is a prerequisite. If the prerequisite is found to not be meat afterward, well that somebody who made an error and it will be unfair to end the presidency. And, anyway, from quoting from the UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE THIRD CIRCUIT No. 08-4340: "there is no case or controversy".

Really it's not just Dear Leader at fault here, the entire Congress failed to do their duty. They looked into McCain's eligibility, they could easily have settled this by doing the same for Obama. The Courts also have refused to deal with the issue. So technically, it's not even Obama's fault, because NO ONE official is ASKING HIM TO PROVIDE IT!!! CALL YOUR CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN AND CHANGE THAT!!!
