WOW! that was brave to do, I got a sleeve of tattoo's at the age of 45 just because I wanted it, and to prove to myself that others views of me made no real difference in my life, when for yrs I worried what others thought of me, so daily I find the world is always judging me but in most cases they do it in silence, so really you come to the realization that every one does this even if its in ones own head or out load its just easier to read what they are thinking when u wear a flashing sign.

Begin by paying close attention to your thoughts, you'll see they come in 3's which is mind patterns that keep us stuck in our behaviors. At the end of the day write out the thoughts, then apply self-forgiveness.What's to loose if 1 day in self-honesty, you stop and see for yourself. It's an interesting and amazing journey for self and allows self-expression forth
