  • @signofaith : Yes drinking tea counts as fluid, but it is a vital importance that you also drink plain free fluid (distilled water) in order to facilitate your body’s ability to remove waste. As for the amount of fluid needed daily it is a go practice to drink half your body weight in ounces, for example if you weigh 130 lbs then your body needs at least 65 oz daily to maintain health.

  • Some plants work better as a tea/infusion (nourishing herbs)

    But some do work better in powdered/capsule form or even tincture.

    It's not a one way street.
