Baby feral pigeon feeding

A baby feral pigeon eating seed from a jar, mimicing their natural feeding habits (baby pigeons put their beak into their parents when being fed, which is the reverse of most other bird species). Hi, this little fella was hand-raised with other orphaned feral pigeons at a wildlife rescue centre and released when they were all grown up (none were tamed).

We have been hand feeding ababy piveon as well the past few weeks as well. We have him on baby bird formula, and have now started him on parakeet food along with the liquid...ill post our video as soon as I get home so you can see. Hard to find anyone around herr who could help us...so we had to learn how to do it ourselves.

should've added some water or moist feed/bread, to make it softer and easier to swallow....

@PigeonsAsPets cool.... i've had to hand-raise a number of pigeons myself, but i always used my hands, or a straw or a syringe... and a baby medicine dropper once or twice, lol...
