They don't look out of place at all, they just have an appearence. Someone clearly doesn't know The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees or Joy Division, that went for a certain appearence to go with the kind of music they were playing.
Typical though, that an illiterate wanker like yourself can't come up with a valid reason as to why they dislike a band. It's all about appearence in the end, isn't it?
