It doesn't look like they cut out the mouser fight because it was 'too difficult'. It looks like they replaced him to throw in some variety with the bosses (Rather than four mousers and whatnot)

This is probably answered somewhere else, but, do you play this game on Wii Virtual Console, emulation, or the real cartridge? Also, do you record while your playing or after?
